Listing of Brozos Ivy Public Ltd in the Emerging Companies Market 

The CSE Council announces that, pursuant to Article 58 (1) of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing to the Emerging Companies Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange, 6,500,000 shares of nominal value €0.20 of “Brozos Ivy Public Ltd” with a listing price of €0.20. The company will be actively involved in the trade and export of natural mineral water from Greece to India.  

The titles will start trading on September 11, 2012 and the CSE will undertake the observance of the above Registry in the Central Depository/Registry. 

The Greek and English code is ÌÐÑÏ/ BRO respectively and their ISIN Code will be CY0102910615.
