Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces in accordance to the Cyprus Law 116(É)/2005, that on 18/03/2010 Provident Fund of Employees of The Cyprus Popular Bank Ltd and its Subsidiaries, that can be considered as closely associated to person discharging managerial responsibilities within the Bank, Mr Demetrios Playbell, Director - Risk Management, proceeded with the sale of 152.210 shares of Marfin Popular Bank of total value €305.043,43.
