CSE: Suspension of trading of CAIR
The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that due to a delay on behalf of Cyprus Airways Public Ltd in submitting and publishing its annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2011, it decided to suspend its titles from Monday, 23/7/2012, pursuant to Article 185 of the CSE Law.
This decision will be effective until 24/9/2012, unless the Company submits its final results for 2011. In that case, the suspension will be lifted, based on the Regulations.
