Options: Subsidiary The Choice Group acquires the remaining 66.7% of Choice Medical

 

 

 

Options Cassoulides Public Company Ltd would like to inform investors that its 100% subsidiary “The Choice Group” based in London signed an agreement with Mr. Brian Green for the acquisition of 66.7% of the share capital of Choice Medical Communications Ltd.  Our subsidiary, The Choice Group, held to date 33.3% of the issued share capital of Choice Medical Communications Ltd. 

 

The acquisition price has been set at UKŁ583,000 and the agreement has retrogressive effect from January 1, 2005. 

 

Choice Medical Communications Ltd was established in 2001 by Mr. Brian Green.  Its main activity is the provision of services to medical companies on medical communication and development of new pharmaceutical product issues. 

 

The Company’s customer list includes Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, GE Healthcare, Biosciences and Abbott.  The Company is acclaimed for their evidence based on medicine program “Prospect” in post operative pain procedure for a large number of operations. 

 

The acquisition of the entire share capital of Choice Medical Communications Ltd falls within the strategic development program of the Medical Conference and Events, which is actively involved under the business name The Choice Group, aiming at strengthening the range of services that the sector offers to multinational healthcare and medical companies.  The incorporation of Choice Medical Communications Ltd will expand its turnover in the sector and will contribute to the Group’s profits. 

 

In 2004, the sales of Choice Medical Communications Ltd reached UKŁ2,000,000 and its net profits stood at UKŁ230,000. 

 

Mr. Brian Green will be the Business Development Director.

LONDON, November 3, 2005 The Choice Group, buys Choice Medical Communications, the UK based international medical communications agency.

The Choice Group, the global healthcare and medical society services group, today announced that it had acquired 100% of Choice Medical Communications, the UK based international medical communications agency.

To be called The Choice Group, the agency will reinforce and expand The Choice Group’s offering to blue chip healthcare and medical society clients from its offices in Hitchin. Choice Medical Communications will bring to the group eleven healthcare communications professionals and a client list that includes international accounts with Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, GE Healthcare Biosciences and Abbott.

The company has executed numerous successful programmes in anaesthesia, BPH and prostate cancer, haematology and oncology.
