Primetel – CSE meeting

On the occasion of the start of trading of the titles of “Primetel Plc”, representatives of the Company and the Cyprus Stock Exchange had a meeting on July 28, 2008 at the CSE offices.

The 157,602,000 ordinary shares of “Primetel Plc” of nominal value €0.17 have been listed in the CSE Alternative Market at the sale price of €0.36. Also, 26,266,839 Warrants 2008/2011 have been listed exercisable on November 1 – 10, 2008-2011.

Primetel Plc is actively involved in the provision of electronic telecommunication services: voice, quick internet, picture (including digital TV), circuits and sale of products to its subscribers.

Its stock market value stands at €56,736,720 and employs 234 employees.
