Options: Appointment of new members – CGC Committees

At a meeting held on January 22, 2008, the Board of Directors of Options Cassoulides Plc appointed Messrs. Lambros Christofi and Pavlos Savvides as new members.

The Board of Directors also examined Corporate Governance issues and appointed the following members for the Committees:
