CSE: Listing of Interlife in Emerging Companies Market 


The CSE Council announces that, pursuant to Article 58 (1) of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing to the Emerging Companies Market of 18,567,912 shares of nominal value €0.59 of “Interlife Insurance SA”, with a listing price of €4.10.  The company is active in the sector of General Insurance.  

The trading of the above titles will commence on October 17, 2012 and the CSE will undertake the observance of the above Registry in the Central Depository/Registry of the CSE.  

The Greek and English trading code is ÉÍËÉ/ INLI respectively while the ISIN Code will be GRS805003001.
