Sirs,

You are hereby informed that the Council of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has decided that from now on, a maximum time period of up to three (3) months will be given to a company authorised by the Council to list its securities on the CSE’s Emerging Companies Market to submit the final signed documents and proceed with the necessary actions in order to materialize the listing of its securities on the CSE, including the actions pertaining to the Central Depository/Registry (where applicable). In case this time period elapses without the company fulfilling the obligations set by the CSE, the application will be deemed to have been rejected and the company must submit a new application for consideration (including paying the corresponding fee).

In addition, the Council has decided that, before setting the date for the listing of a company’s securities on the CSE, the company must obtain:

(a)   a LEI code (Legal Entity Identifier) as provided for in the MIFID II Directive/MIFIR Regulation, and 
(b) 	a digital signature for sending its announcements electronically through the OAM system.
